Acquired a 37,864 square-foot distribution warehouse/showroom in Rifle, CO. Current NNN tenant is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Roofing Supplies, a multi-billion dollar, publicly traded corporation.

Entitled and designed an 89,000 square-foot, 3 story Class A facility in West Arvada. Construction started February 2017. Opened for business January 2018. Facility is 3rd party managed by Lifestorage, a national publicly traded REIT.


Acquired and fully entitled a 2.56 acre vacant development parcel. Completed all design work for a 65,000 square-foot multistory Class A facility. Sold the permit ready project in November 2015.

Acquired a 17,200 square-foot shell condition flex building in October 2013. Designed and completed finish to suit construction project for an integrated “Wellness Center”. Tenant businesses opened mid-April 2014. Tenant exercised purchase option and sale closed June 2017.

Managed the acquisition and turnaround of a 59 unit REO property in Dallas, Texas beginning March 2009. Took  property from 60% economic occupancy to 92% economic occupancy. Sold property October 2014.

Completed the operational turnaround and sale of a 96 unit, Class B  property in Antioch, Illinois.

Tenant representation and advisory services for the lease, demolition and build-out of a 2,100 square-foot new martial arts studio space in Littleton, Colorado.  Studio opened Spring 2013.
